Ian Cugley: Chart Court, Kent (Watercolour)

| This is a glorious ruin of a mediaeval church in the middle of nowhere,
Kent. When I stumbled across it I thought it was part of a long-forgotten
village, abandoned during the Black Death. It turns out that the
church was blown up by a bomb during the Second Word War. But it's
still pretty enough to paint. |
